The March board meeting took place on the 20th.

The following directors were present:

  Rich Bowen
  Doug Cutting
  Bertrand Delacretaz
  Roy T. Fielding
  Jim Jagielski
  Brett Porter
  Sam Ruby

The following officers were present:

  Chris Mattmann
  Craig L Russell

The following guests were present:

  Shane Curcuru
  Marvin Humphrey
  Sean Kelly

The February and January minutes were approved.

All of the received reports to the board were approved.

The following reports were not received and are expected next month:

  Report from the Apache Cordova Project  [Brian LeRoux]
  Report from the Apache Perl Project  [Philippe M. Chiasson]
  Report from the Apache Qpid Project  [Carl Trieloff]
  Report from the Apache SpamAssassin Project  [Kevin A. McGrail]
  Report from the Apache Synapse Project  [Paul Fremantle]
  Report from the Apache Wicket Project  [Martijn Dashorst]
  Report from the Apache XMLBeans Project  [Cezar Andrei]

The following resolutions were passed unaminously:

  A. Establish the Apache cTAKES Project (Pei J Chen, VP)
  B. Establish the Apache Bloodhound Project (Gary Martin, VP)
  C. Change the Apache Lucy Project Chair (Nick Wellnhofer, VP)
  D. Establish the Apache CloudStack Project (Chip Childers, VP)

The next board meeting will be on the 17th of April.

No add'l steps needed. It became official the moment the Board completed
that vote.

The podling should now follow the graduation guide on incubator.a.o
