[IMPORTANT] Release created, tag and branch created

OK, I've created and uploaded the HiveMind 1.1-rc-1 release; the
mirrors will update in 24 hours.

I've created a tag for the release, and also a branch.

The tag:

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jakarta/hivemind/tags/release-1-1-rc-1

The branch:

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jakarta/hivemind/branches/branch-1-1


THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT

If you want to get a fix into the 1.1 release you must FIX IT IN THE
BRANCH, then merge the change into trunk.

As of today, the trunk is the 1.2 release.

The final 1.1 release will be made from the branch, not the trunk.  Go
wild, do whatever you want in the trunk, it's alpha again!
