ERROR while starting Apache - HTTPD.PID Overwritten....

I have Apache installed on Win 2K (Installed with Oracle 8i EE). It has been
running fine all this while. Since yesterday, I am getting this error while
trying to start it.

[Mon Mar 04 20:22:49 2002] [warn] pid file:
/w2k/oracle/8iee/apache/apache/logs\httpd.pid overwritten -- Unclean
shutdown of previous Apache run?
[Mon Mar 04 20:22:49 2002] [error] Config file wdbsvr.app inaccessible thru
envvar WV_GATEWAY_CFG

Can someone help ?
