We are trying to continuously improve the developer experience e. g. by using linting tools and automatic formatting tools to ensure a somewhat homogeneous reading experience.

Just recently "custom modules" were introduced to reduce the amount of guess work on the developer side how to extend Fineract's default behavior (in the right way).

It would be great to have a development environment with code generators that help developers to scaffold  extension points, Cucumber and integration tests etc. We could create either code generators for tools like Yeoman and/or integrate this even in IDEs like VSCode.
