How to restart services when machine restart ?

I test ambari on VM, and each time when I restart this VM, I have to
restart the services manually. Does ambari support service restarted
automatically just like the HDP sandbox ? Thanks

Yes. It's been implemented in Ambari 2.1.0

See https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-10029?

It has attached design doc.


To turn it on, just add line "recovery.type=AUTO_START" to ambari.properties config file and restart the ambari-server.
