How to identify JIRA issues containing patches?

In Bugzilla, this is pretty easy when people are following some basic
rules. Is there a possibility to set up a filter for PDFBox doing the
same? I didn't manage. There seem to be certain restrictions others have
used which I don't seem to have access to.

This would help better identify how large our patch queue is, especially
now that Andreas Lehmkühler supplied at least a couple of patches. BTW,
any takers among the initial committers to review/process them? Will
anyone have time soon to look at them? This is crucial to recruiting new
people to the project.
