Inclusion of public static fields as elements in the XML Schema

Summary: Inclusion of public static fields as elements in the XML
                    Schema
           Product: Axis
           Version: beta-2
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Serialization/Deserialization
        AssignedTo: axis-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jasnell@us.ibm.com

Not sure if this has already been taken care of, but the Beta2 code creates
child elements for each public static field class member. This causes some
funky output when chillin' wit da enums, dig?
