Load csv file into mySql DB

Dear Forum,

I have CSV file generated in x path, what am trying to do is to read this
CSV file line by line, modify the first field in each of the CSV file  (if
field1 starts with 06, replace 0 with 00962, else leave as is), then load
the file into mysql DB

am new to nifi, I need guidance how to start and which processor should I
use ?
