PDF index creation - to speed up search in document

Hi,

Could somebody give me a hint how to create an embedded index 
in my PDF document (to speed-up searches within the document)?

Manually you created an index in the PDF via the Acrobat (writer) menu
Advanced\Document Processing\Manage Embedded index\Embed index.
This I'd like to do with PDFBox.
