Jenkins Shared Library

Hi together,

in the context of https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCRVLT-530 I created a Jenkins Shared Library at https://github.com/apache/jackrabbit-filevault-jenkins-lib.
I use it now for both FileVault (https://ci-builds.apache.org/blue/organizations/jenkins/Jackrabbit%2Ffilevault/activity) and FileVault Maven Plugin (https://ci-builds.apache.org/blue/organizations/jenkins/Jackrabbit%2Ffilevault-package-maven-plugin/activity)

It triggers parallel builds on multiple JDKs/Operating systems and optionally runs SonarQube Analysis and Nexus Deployment

If that library would be interesting to use in either JR2 or Oak I am happy to rename the repository to something like jackrabbit-jenkins-lib and to enable that globally on https://ci-builds.apache.org/job/Jackrabbit/.
