> When the launcher job is killed or launcher job is failed, in both the case, the "counters:jobs:killed" is updated in the instrumentation log. Hence, we cannot distinguish whether the launcher jobs is killed or failed from seeing the value of the killed counter. So, we can introduce a new counter "failed", that will help us to distinguish between whether launcher is failed or killed.
