Indefinite page size is not implemented

Summary: Indefinite page size is not implemented
           Product: Fop
           Version: 0.20.5
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: page-master/layout
        AssignedTo: fop-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: leamanp@synergy-fs.com

Am I right in thinking that the page-height="indefinite" or page-
width="indefinite" properties on simple-page-master are not yet implemented?

All the examples that I have seen seem to concentrate on fixed-size documents.
I'm looking for a way to produce a variable length document for presentation on
the screen.
