Methods commitBlockSynchronization(), reportBadBlocks() are missing DatanodeRegistration parameter. Hence the datanodes that are calling these methods are not validated. Registration information should be used to reject the requests from an unregistered or dead datanode. TestDeadDatanode should be updated to test this functionality.
