nocache

Hi

I used to set nocache in the web.xml file. After migrating to 1.1, it's
moved to the struts-config under the controller element.

However, Struts doesn't seem to perform any nocache.

Anyone had problems with nocache in 1.1? Just thought I'd ask before
debugging.
