Friendly reminder: Release vote for 1.0.2 RC2 is now in progress

Hi devs,

This is just a friendly reminder to encourage voting for 1.0.2 RC2
regardless of binding and non-binding.

(CHANGELOG seems not inconsistent with resolved JIRA issues. If possible
I'd vote +1 for getting rid of CHANGELOG.)
