Download and install plugins listed in dependencies
Hi,
Currently it seems that plugins listed in dependencies are only downloaded,
is there any way to automatically install them (in the running process)
apart from a pregoal in maven.xml?
Should I raise an issue to JIRA?

Carlos,
These are definitely meant to be installed as part of the running process. Might
be a bug.
touchstone uses this mechanism so it should be working.
