Today's ISAPI Redirector challenge

I started getting the following error yesterday afternoon. Can someone tell me where I can find an explanation of the err=-60?

Two things:
1. mod_jk/isapi_redirect version
2. OS version

Anyhow,
http://apache.org/dist/tomcat/tomcat-connectors/jk/binaries/win32/jk-1.2.15/
Download and use isapi_redirect.dll from there.
