Hi,
I am trying to use Oracle DB as the data source for superset but the connection to the Data base fails with a very generic error message. I have the tried connecting to the Oracle DB using a 'SqlPlus' client from the same host using the same credentials and that connects without any issues.
This is the connection string that I am using to connect to Oracle DB:
`oracle://<username>:<password>@<host-name>:<port>`
### Expected results
Successfully connect to Oracle DB
### Actual results
I see the below error message in the logs
`Unexpected error DatabaseError
ERROR:superset.views.core:Unexpected error DatabaseError`
#### How to reproduce the bug
1. Go to Add data sources in superset UI
2. Try connecting to ORacle DB
### Environment
- superset version: `0.37.2`
- python version: `3.6`

Issue was resolved after using ldconfig instead of env variables to set path to oracle instant client.
