Deadline for logo contest?
A friend of mine is going to submit some entries. He asked if there
was a deadline. We should probably establish a deadline for
submissions (Aug. 31?) I also think the deadline should go on both
the home page as well as the wiki.

Done. I also mentioned the CLA requirement and added a new one about
getting the "source code" for the image. We'll need the original
files if we want to scale it to a different size or change the
background color.
