Flexcious: ExtendedAdvancedDataGrid Column as button

I have a Flexcious: ExtendedAdvancedDataGrid having Column as "Expand"
button, now , when that button is clicked a new winshade gets launched
having "Close" button.

1) When Expand button gets clicked , make it disabled or color that
particular  row of the ExtendedAdvancedDataGrid 
2) When close button is clicked enable the exapand button or remove the
color from that particular row of the ExtendedAdvancedDataGrid
