It would be appropriate I think to at least have a link to the existing log4php
and log4net project sites (and others if there are).

Also, I would encourage you to look at Forrest (http://xml.apache.org/forrest)
as the means for creating your website.  It's becoming more and more popular for
the apache projects to use it.
