   ### Task Description
   
   **What needs to be done:**
   Update `HoodieFlinkTableServiceClient#initMetadataTable()` so that `metadataWriter.performTableServices(...)` is executed only when metadata streaming write is disabled (`hoodie.metadata.streaming.write.enabled=false`).
   
   
   **Why this task is needed:**
   The current logic triggers metadata table services unconditionally during metadata table initialization. When metadata streaming write is enabled, this is unnecessary and can lead to redundant or incorrect table service execution. Guarding this call aligns behavior with streaming metadata write semantics and prevents unintended side effects.
