[C2.1] Update junit to 3.7
Could the junit.jar file in Cocoon 2.1 be updated to 3.7 which includes
the new AssertTrue methods?
This doesn't break any of the mass of existing tests :-) and helps me with
some of my own!

Besides, assert is a keyword in JDK 1.4.
Avalon is now using JUnit 3.7
