About Kerby kdc and tool package refining and script wrappers

Hi all,

As you might have already noticed from JIRA system, I'm refining the packaging and also reworking/adding script wrappers, for both kerby kdc side and client tool side. This is not going to make them perfect but will surely prepare for a good base for future versions to roll on. Please let me know if you have any concerns, thanks.
