[jira] Closed: (CONTINUUM-148) Allow file:// urls when adding POMs
[ http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/CONTINUUM-148?page=all ]
Brett Porter closed CONTINUUM-148:
----------------------------------
Resolution: Won't Fix
allowing arbitrary file reads from the server would be a security risk. Generally this is wanted to read them from the local filesystem, so we'll add a file upload button.
Incidentally, it might be good to utilise Wagon for the getting and validation, later allowing other protocols?
