OWLAPI is now in Maven Central.
You will need to change the artifacts to pull in the desired parts. The most common artifactId's will probably be owlapi-api, owlapi-apibinding and owlapi-reasoner

The OWL-API is not yet available at Maven central. Check http://search.maven.org/#search%7Cga%7C1%7Cg%3A%22net.sourceforge.owlapi%22 for availability.
