Calling i18n maintainers

Hi,

Is the i18n taglib still actively maintained?  I've posted a few patches 
to bugzilla but none of them have been picked up.  If nobody is 
currently maintaining i18n I'd like to offer to be maintainer for a while.

I have made numerous changes and bug fixes.  One of our requirements was 
to allow the user to override the language set in their browser settings 
by following a link such as http://somewhere/?lang=de which didn't work 
with the stock i18n tags because the locale was permanently cached in 
the session the first time it was created.
