   When deploying openwhisk invokers using the kubernetes container factory we should be able to set the 
   
   ```
   CONFIG_whisk_containerFactory_containerArgs_extraArgs_env_0
   ```
   
   environment variable in order to pass along environment variables to whisk runtime containers like we can when using the docker container factory.
