Missing POI jars

Hello all,

Anyone knows why there are no .jar files under a number of folders in http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/poi/poi/ I'm specially looking for http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/poi/poi/3.1-FINAL/ but there are others.
