SendMailTransformer replaces cocoon://pipeline of URL provided in "src"
attribute of attachments with http://servername/contextpath/pipeline.  This is
not reliable and it cannot work when  for example this pipeline needs due
authentication, which is correctly handled when staying "within" Cocoon, not
using external requests.
