[PATCH] Finish removing modperl_clear_symtab()!

Looks like modperl_clear_symtab() has recently been removed from mp2,
but there are some vestiges of it still left which cause the build to
fail on Win32 complaining that modperl_clear_symtab() is an unresolved
external when linking mod_perl.so.

Attached patch (against current CVS) removes the leftover bits.
