[C2][Xalan2] Patches for Using Xalan2 - Second Cut.

Giacomo, Stefano,
Enclosed is a Zip file with cvs diff's for using Xalan2.

Problems:
---------
1. Unable to get the "Error Page" to work so far.
2. "Simple XSP" page has some problems.

But hopefully #2 should be fixed by Sebastiens new XSP based on SAX..... :) and i need help in
fixing #1.
