Struts best practices

Has anyone prepared a list of Struts best practices?
Design patterns?

For instance, something that says things like this:

"When building a Struts application you should have a
base action that all actions extend from. This base
action can then house things like role checking, etc."

"Use declaritive exception handling"

etc. etc.

-Bill

I also go out of my way to always have latest best practices ...
implemented with source code at basicPortal source forge.net.
