[PATCH] ftbfs: remove duplicates from *inc_HEADERS

privateinc_HEADERS already includes
$(top_builddir)/src/main/include/log4cxx/private/*.h, which matches
log4cxx_private.h.  Specifying log4cxx_private.h again causes "install"
to copy it twice, which results in a "will not overwrite just-created"
file error on recent versions of install.  Ditto log4cxxinc_HEADERS.

Fixes FTBFS on RHEL 6 beta.
