[PR] Coverity: avoid unsigned wrap in AIO cache_op loop [trafficserver]

aio_nbytes - res mixed size_t with ssize_t, so the remaining count was unsigned: a transfer that overshot aio_nbytes would wrap into a huge length passed to pread/pwrite. Track progress as size_t and guard with done < aio_nbytes so the subtraction cannot underflow.
