[RESULT] [VOTE] Apache PLC4X 0.7.0 RC2

Hi all,

the vote passes with:

4 binding +1 
4 non-binding +1

I would like to take the opportunity to thank you all for your great work on our first NG release of PLC4X.

I know a lot of projects that struggle to get the required 3 +1 votes together. Seeing that we have in total 8 votes makes me very happy.

Also I would like to thank Otto for that -1 for RC1. I know that voting -1 sometimes requires overcoming but it's important.
I would also like to encourage others to vote -1 if you really feel the need to do so.
Of course we will always find something if we look hard enough and no project will probably ever ship perfect software.
But if you strongly feel something is a blocker ... please step up and express your feeling.

Will complete the release now ...
