svn on berlios.de

Someone in IRC pointed out that berlios.de is now offering SVN services
to open-source projects.

(berlios.de is a sort of European equivalent of sourceforge.net... in
fact, it's running sourceforge.)

It looks like they're allowing svn:// anonymous access, and svn+ssh://
for committers.  Makes sense, considering that CVS commits already
require ssh accounts.  They're also using viewcvs HEAD for browsing svn
repositories.
