Release Tasks for 1.5.2

Hi all,

as discussed earlier I now created a wiki page to track
our release tasks.

Please have a look and tell me what you think:

Please also fell free to sign up for tasks. A few things should
always be done by the current Release Manager, where other
things can be distributed.
