Sigil/Ivy comparaison

As told before, I tried to wrote something to present the differences between Sigil and the new OSGi capabilities of Ivy.

Finally I haven't much to say. I think the functional result might be similar but with a different implementation.

If you think something is wrong, incorrect, not enough precise, you're welcomed to suggest changes.
