Given the recent [discussion about feature party between SparkSQL and PostgreSQL|http://apache-spark-developers-list.1001551.n3.nabble.com/DISCUSS-PostgreSQL-dialect-td28417.html#a28421], I think we will need to triage and remove out some tickets here. Let's make sure we have some other DBMSes references before starting to work on some of sub-tasks here.
