When volume / vm snapshot is created on Hyper-V hypervisor , it fails with the following error message " Failed to create snapshot due to an internal error creating snapshot for volume 26 "

Expected Result : 

Proper error message should be given to user if snapshots are not supported on Hyper-V or snapshots icon should be disabled.
