This was fixed by Dan with commit 13cc6cc600c89ee1c0de1bd14050d87c3ca0210c on trunk, with b5283e72e1bc80d8fac0f4ce2b04bd8a79a541aa on camel-2.11.x and 830fd5b28334c21a01bf5432872eef09d1d7af98 on camel-2.10.x.
