I get this message when im running tomcat version 4.0.6, i also recieved the 
same bug running the latest version of tomcat 4. 
The message i get is:

An illegal error occured.
JAVA caused an invalid page fault in
module JVM.DLL at 0167:6d476cc7.
Once i get this message i cant run tomcat again and when i try i get a nessage 
keep saying an illegal error occured.  This bug also prevents me from loading 
some of my applications on my computer and dont let me open any web pages at 
all.  I have to re-boot my computer to beable to run tomcat and my other 
applications again.
