[~zhonghesc] - please retry against the latest release (0.9.13-incubating) and see whether you can still reproduce this problem. This sounds like GUACAMOLE-149, which was fixed for the 0.9.12-incubating release.

I can reproduce this on 0.9.11, but not on 0.9.13:
