Ready for an announcement?
We seem to be mostly settled in at continuum.a.o... should we post an
announcement on users@maven about our "graduation"? Or is there more
yet to do?

That's good. The more links to the new page, the more likely google
will point at the new location. (more or less).

It'll take a while to appear - I put a small "looking for continuum?"
link back on there. I think around 3 months is a good time to keep it
there.

FYI, someone went to find continuum on the maven page and couldn't.
Might I suggest keeping a small link or notice of graduation on that
page for a while?
