Immutable demo account credentials

Greetings,

Currently the normal credentials mifos/password do not work on
https://demo.openmf.org demo server. I think you will agree that demo
instances of Mifos like https://demo.mifosx.in and https://demo.openmf.org
should be always available for users to login and try out the Community App
or a mobile app which relies on the demo server. Hence we want to prevent
the password of the demo account from being changed. To achieve this, I
have blocked the API URL to update a user
https://demo.mifosx.in/api-docs/apiLive.htm#users_update on
https://demo.mifosx.in

After implementing and testing this, I find that I am unable to change the
password of the mifos account but all other functionality seems to be
working perfectly. If anyone knows whether this is sufficient to prevent
changing of the demo user password or there is a better way to make the
demo account immutable, let me know.
