Incubator report page for October 2024

[Luciano Resende <lu...@gmail.com>]

I was trying to find the proper location to write the October report for
Toree but could only locate this one:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/INCUBATOR/September2024
<https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/pages/viewpreviousversions.action?pageId=325421624>,
named 'September 2024' but inside the page set as "Incubator PMC report
for October 2024".

I couldn't find a report for October. Are we missing it, or was the
September report overwritten?"

I completely agree, but while looking from May to August they align, report
of June2024 -> Report for June 2024 -> contents related to last 3 months of
activity on the project

It starts to change in September20204.

The report, while submitted in October, covers what happens in September and is named after that month.

Kind Regards,
Justin
