"Fork is true" Error

Hi. I'm confused about I couldn't load the index.jsp after I had installed Tomcat4.1 on my Winodows2000.

Here is the error message:

2003-05-06 10:02:01 Error compiling file: C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Tomcat 4.1\work\Standalone\localhost\_\/index_jsp.java     [javac] Since fork is true, ignoring compiler setting.
    [javac] Compiling 1 source file
    [javac] Since fork is true, ignoring compiler setting.

Anyone has some hints in helping me?
