The changes from [PR 51](https://github.com/apache/couchdb-fauxton/pull/51) introduced the issue, when user is able to create new doc / view in two different ways: via button hidden in database submenu and via button on "All documents" accordion item. 

Ideally, there should not be multiple ways to do the same and similar actions - user shouldn't think about how different these buttons and which is the right one.

This issue is heavy correlates with COUCHDB-2316.
