Garbage characters in log files

Hi,

We are seeing garbage characters in log files while rolling over .
The version we are using version 0.10.0 .

I can see below links about some related issue. Is that issue got fixed?

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LOGCXX-186

Guten Tag Thakuria, Pranjal (GE Healthcare),
am Dienstag, 14. Februar 2017 um 14:19 schrieben Sie:

The issue is documented as fixed, so either you trust it or you check
the code. :-) On the other hand, that issue is about multi threading
and concurrent logging in general, I don't see any close relationship
to rolling log files over, which you are mentioning.

Mit freundlichen Grüßen,

Thorsten Schöning
